Jean-Dominique concentrates on all aspects of real estate law and is in particular frequently involved in acquisition, disposal and structuring of structured portfolios for French and international investors. He is also involved in the setting up of joint ventures between investors, financing acquisition, sale and leaseback transactions, real estate project development, set up of OPCI as well as in negotiation of commercial leases.

Advising Groupama in their project of development of the Tour The Link, which is to be the highest building in Paris La Défense, involving notably the current negotiation with Total of a commercial lease in future state of completion of 120.000 sqm of office area, acquisition of construction rights with EPADESA (95,000 sq.m), and negotiation of a development contract with the developer (Bouygues Immobilier).
