Jean-Claude has considerable experience of practising corporate finance law on the French market. He advises on acquisitions and sales of privately-owned and public companies, with particular focus on transnational transactions involving foreign buyers and the sale of multinational corporations. His practice also includes joint-ventures in particular in the finance and media sectors, both for domestic and foreign clients. Jean-Claude's industry expertise focuses on media, financial institutions and healthcare.
