Javier has experience in the defence of international and domestic clients in civil, contractual and corporate disputes, real estate and construction controversies, liability claims related to investments in the financial sector and stock market, unfair competition and antitrust law, antitrust damages claims, distributorship and agency contracts, as well as in pre-insolvency matters and defence of claims or contracts in bankruptcy proceedings.
