Jason heads Energy, Infrastructure and Projects in Singapore and co-heads our Energy, Infrastructure and Projects practice in Asia-Pacific.
He specialises in project finance, banking, structured finance and development transactions and advises banks, procurers, development financial institutions, export credit agencies, sponsors and project companies in the power and renewables, infrastructure and oil & gas sectors across Asia. Jason advises on both the financing aspects and the project contracts (including EPC, PPA, feedstock and offtake arrangements).
