Dr. Jasmin Hense advises and represents domestic and international companies in all areas of dispute resolution, both in and out of court. Her practice in particular covers advising on issues across the entire range of white collar crime and compliance. She has also experience in conducting internal investigations and such driven by regulatory authorities.

Her expertise focuses in particular on matters related to corruption, fraud and breach of trust offences as well as tax-specific issues (e.g. cum-ex and similar transaction structures). In this context, she also advises on questions of liability and civil litigations where damages are sought. In addition, Jasmin Hense advises clients on anti-money laundering issues. Furthermore, she has experience in the defense of companies regarding complex criminal and administrative offence proceedings. In her doctoral thesis she discussed the procedural position of a company in case of an imposed corporate administrative fine.
