Jasmin advises and represents domestic and international companies from various industries in all areas of white-collar crime and criminal compliance.
Her practice focuses in particular on conducting cross-border internal investigations and defending clients in complex criminal and administrative offence proceedings.
Her expertise covers matters relating to corruption, fraud and breach of trust offences, as well as tax-specific issues (e.g. cum-ex and similar transaction structures). In addition, she regularly provides compliance advice in the fields of anti-money laundering law and economic and financial sanctions regulations. Jasmin also has experience in advising clients in cybercrime cases.
