Jana's major focus is on banking litigation. She regularly advises both national and international credit institutions on defending against claims e.g. in the areas of investment advice and brokerage, asset management, prospectus liability, credit law and the law on collateral security. 

Jana also has experience in advising on insolvency avoidance proceedings, in particular in connection with restructuring measures, as well as post M&A arbitration proceedings. Another focus of her work is on private international law and international civil procedural law.
