Jamie is a structured finance and derivatives lawyer. He advises buy-side and sell-side participants across APAC on a wide range of complex capital markets and derivatives products, including: structured / secured notes, repackaged notes, asset-backed securities, covered bonds, OTC derivatives (equities, credit, rates and FX) and equity margin financing.

He is widely known in the market for his technical ability and pragmatism, and has been recognised in numerous legal directories.

Jamie is admitted to practice in both Hong Kong and New South Wales, and was based in the firm’s Sydney office prior to 2022.
