Jamie is a debt capital markets lawyer with a particular focus on securitisation and other secured and structured transactions as well as senior unsecured transactions.

His securitisation experience covers a wide variety of asset classes (including residential and commercial mortgages, autos and equipment, credit cards, trade receivables and mobile phone handset receivables), markets/jurisdictions and transaction participants (including sponsors, lead managers and trustees).

Jamie also regularly advises on loan portfolio sales and in relation to bespoke derivative and repurchase transactions.

Jamie is recognised as a Next Generation Lawyer in the Legal 500 2018 Australia guide for Capital Markets. The guide states that senior associate Jamie Taylor ‘leads on a lot of great transactions’.
