  • Network International on its IPO and listing on the Premium Segment of the LSE (issuer’s counsel).
  • WH Smith on its acquisition of Marshall Retail Group and associated £155 million equity capital raise to fund the acquisition, and its subsequent GBP165.9m placing of new ordinary shares by way of an accelerated bookbuild via “cashbox” structure (underwriters’ counsel).
  • Allied Irish Bank (AIB) on its EUR3.4bn IPO and dual listing on the Irish Sock Exchange and London Stock Exchange (acting for Irish government).
  • Capita on its GBP701m rights issue (underwriters’ counsel).
