Jakub has participated in a number of mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border, in which he represented both buyers and sellers. He has extensive experience advising on M&A transactions in the TMT, energy and financial services sectors.
In its latest rankings, IFLR1000 has endorsed Jakub as Rising Star for M&A. Apart from his corporate expertise, Jakub specialises in intellectual property law, in particular copyright enforcement on the internet. He also provides advice on protection against unfair competition and enforcement of rights from trademarks and industrial designs.
