Jacob is a member of the Intellectual Property group in the Washington, D.C. office. His work focuses on intellectual property litigation in both district courts and the International Trade Commission.

Jacob has experience working with a variety of technologies, including nanofabrication, integrated circuits, semiconductor and optoelectronic devices, and telecommunications. Jacob also has experience in IP licensing and in IP due diligence support.

Jacob attended the George Washington University Law School, where he interned with the Intellectual Property Section of the Department of Justice. Prior to law school, Jacob worked at Brookhaven National Laboratory, where he published work on photonic devices and optical communications. Jacob also holds an MS degree in electrical engineering from Columbia University.
