Jacob is a member of the firm’s Restructuring practice. He represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors and other parties in interest in in-court and out-of-court restructurings, workouts and security enforcement actions as well as insolvency-related litigation in state and federal court.
He also has significant experience representing bankruptcy professionals in connection with fee and retention matters in bankruptcy proceedings. His practice also encompasses advising secured lenders in foreclosure actions under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, representing senior secured lenders in bankruptcy proceedings and assisting parties in interest in navigating contested matters inside and outside of bankruptcy proceedings. He has represented U.S. and international clients in a wide array of industries, including energy, transportation, retail, banking, real estate and shipping.
