Jackie has extensive experience on a wide range of commercial transactions including takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, discorporate, joint ventures and private equity. She has broad experience in drafting negotiations and advising on share and business sale agreements, shareholders’ agreements, constitutions, due diligence reports (including project managing large cross border due diligence exercises). In particular, Jackie's expertise extends to advising on inbound investments and Australia's foreign investment regime.
