Jack specialises in cross-border M&As, joint ventures and general corporate and financing transactions involving China across a wide range of industries including the automotive, retail, pharmaceutical and food and beverage sectors. 

He also has extensive experience advising clients on various types of internal and external investigations, and on regulatory and compliance issues in China.

Jack has worked in China for over 20 years and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. Jack is cited as “leading individual for China Corporate/M&A” by Chambers Asia Pacific 2021.
