Izabela advises on both IP and IT matters with a particular focus on intellectual property (mainly trademarks), data protection aspects (GDPR compliance, with a specific focus on the funds sector), e-commerce, media and telecommunications, including online advertising and general civil law related matters.

Izabela is involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

She holds a Master 1 in Business Law obtained at the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg and a Master 2 in Intellectual Property and Trade Law from the “Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies” (the CEIPI) of Strasbourg.

She is an active member of our FinTech task force, supporting clients from established financial institutions, incumbents and start-ups in developing innovative products. She joined Allen & Overy in 2016.
