Isabella Ter Weijden

Isabella specialises in corporate law and is a deputy civil law notary. She has experience across a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate advice. Isabella joined Allen & Overy in 2019 after graduating from the University of Utrecht.
