Isabel advises on a broad range of intellectual property matters. Her experience includes the validity and (cross-border) enforcement of patents and other intellectual property rights in the Tech and Life Sciences sector.
Isabel has also advised in SEP and FRAND litigation proceedings. Furthermore, she is regularly involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating IP related aspects of commercial contracts in a ranging of sectors. Isabel graduated with honours from the University of Amsterdam in civil law, with a particular focus on corporate and insolvency law.
