Inga primarily advises on restructuring and insolvency law in the context of national and international transactions. Among her clients are banks, financial institutions, investors and corporates.
Her focus is on financial restructuring. In addition to her restructuring work she advises her clients on all banking and finance law related matters.
Inga worked at the Federal Ministry of Finance, where she advised federal corporations on corporate governance issues. Additionally, she was a member of the WSF-Stab with a specialisation on insolvency law issues. Later, she joined an international law firm specializing in financial restructuring, where she completed a secondment at a large German bank in the area of project financing, among other things.
