Inés is an associate in the Litigation Department of the Madrid office. Inés has experience representing investors, States and State entities in international commercial and investment arbitration under the main arbitral rules and institutions, including ICSID UNCITRAL and ICC, in disputes related to the energy, mining and construction sectors.
Inés also has experience in Spanish litigation procedures related to banking law, and in financing of real estate and project finance operations.
