Immie is a senior associate in our London antitrust group who regularly advises clients on a range of competition law issues. Immie has a particular focus on cartel investigation and other behavioural antitrust work as well as substantive merger control investigations.
Immie works with clients across all sectors, with particular expertise in the financial services and insurance sectors. Immie has significant experience representing clients in complex behavioural matters involving both the UK Competition and Markets Authority and Financial Conduct Authority. She also regularly advises clients on all aspects of the merger control and review process.
Immie completed a secondment to the Phase 1 mergers team at the UK Competition and Markets Authority, and has also spent time in Allen & Overy’s Brussels office.
