Ignacio is a partner in our corporate team based in Madrid. His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate transactions including M&A, disposals, private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and commercial contracts. He is renowned for his pragmatic approach, impressing clients and opponents equally with his calmness and expertise.

Ignacio has wide experience on the infrastructure and energy sectors, having acted on both domestic and cross-border deals. He regularly advises both listed and unlisted companies and acts for corporate purchasers, private equity bidders and financial advisors. Ignacio is fluent in both English and Spanish and lectures on Civil and Corporate Law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
