Ico has wide experience advising clients on cross border M&A, including ECM transactions and joint ventures. Ico worked in our Jakarta office for over 3 years and rejoined the Amsterdam corporate team in 2020. During his tenure in South East Asia, he (inter alia) advised clients on their digital transformation projects and strategic collaboration agreements.
His recent experience includes advising a leading Indonesian payments, rewards and financial services platform on its investment in and strategic collaboration with an online mutual funds marketplace and advising a provider of data storage management, data processing and data monetisation services on its joint venture arrangements and proposed strategic collaboration with a leading Indonesian telco company for the monetisation of telco data.
