He assists both French and international companies in their individual and collective employment relations. He provides advice and handles litigation on all aspects of French employment law.

Hovig intervenes in particular on matters relating to the termination of the employment contract, discrimination, sexual and moral harassment, health and safety in the workplace, remuneration policies and the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He also provides training aimed at introducing French employment law to foreign companies with employees in France.
