Hendrik Jan specialises in the full range of criminal law litigation, securities law and, accounting law with an emphasis on market abuse and money laundering issues. He also advises clients on internal measures to improve integrity and compliance. He has extensive experience with leading large investigations and has a strong reputation in this area. Hendrik Jan lectures and publishes regularly on criminal law and corporate integrity matters. Hendrik Jan is a member of the Curatorium of the Postgraduate School of Corporate Compliance of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He is also deputy justice at the Court of Appeal in Arnhem. Hendrik Jan is co-author of Sdu Commentaar Strafvordering Eindonderzoek. Until April 2007 he was the public prosecutor in the special corporate fraud team of the Dutch Prosecution Service.
