Helen has extensive experience acting for corporate and financial institutions in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration proceedings. Her recent experience involves worldwide litigation and arbitration arising out of a shipping insolvency matter, litigation arising out of the repossession of aircraft and acting for clients in high value fraud matters.

Helen has experience of trials in the Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She also has substantial arbitration experience (particularly of LCIA and LMAA arbitrations).
