Harsha is an experienced corporate finance and equity capital markets lawyer with a wide range of experience acting for issuers, shareholders and investment banks in capital raisings and corporate finance transactions.

He regularly acts on IPOs and secondary capital raisings for listed issuers and investment banks, as well as private acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments for listed and unlisted companies and provides general corporate and listing regulatory advice to market participants.
