Harpreet has been a Senior Legal Project Manager in the Project Management Office since October 2016. Harpreet joined A&O in September 2004 as a trainee and qualified into the London Structured and Asset Finance team in September 2006. Harpreet remains a solicitor of the courts of England and Wales. Harpreet has previously undertaken an overseas secondment in Hong Kong and a client secondment.
Harpreet’s extensive experience of being a transactional lawyer at A&O for over a decade has been invaluable to her role within the PMO and Harpreet continues to specialise in working on the firm’s largest and most complex Banking transactions having also worked on Corporate, Real Estate and ICM matters. Harpreet’s wide-ranging experience acting for banks, funds, export credit agencies, corporates and manufacturers has contributed to Harpreet’s strong stakeholder management skills.
Harpreet continues to thrive working on large-scale matters bringing together multiple specialist teams with the firm, involving a significant number of jurisdictions, completing multiple phases of work and where the requirement to keep the matter as profitable and efficiently run as possible is often key.
