Hanneke Bennaars

Hanneke specialises in employment law. She has experience in a wide range of employment law-related matters, including dismissals, restructurings codetermination issues and compliance and (cross-border) corporate law-related employment matters, including governance and board room dismissals.

Hanneke has deep expertise and significant experience gained in both academia and legal practice. In addition to her work as a lawyer, Hanneke is editor-in-chief of the professional labour law journal ”Arbeidsrecht” and she is a member of the editorial boards of the Social Law Monographs Series and the Employment Law in Context publication. She regularly publishes and lectures on various topics within employment law.
