Haifa is an associate in the banking and projects team in Dubai. She sits within the UAE Civil law team, and advises international and regional players on the civil law implications to general banking matters (including general lending, project finance, and asset finance) and corporate matters.

Before joining Allen & Overy, Haifa practiced as a lawyer in Lebanon. She holds a Licence en Droit (LLB) from the Saint Joseph University in Lebanon and her LLM degree from the Duke University School of Law in North Carolina where she graduated with Honors. She is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
