He has represented and advised clients in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes under various institutional rules (including the ICC and the NAI), and in challenge and enforcement proceedings in multiple jurisdictions. He also regularly acts as counsel before the Dutch courts (including the Netherlands Commercial Court) in post-M&A disputes and commercial litigation. Guido receives excellent feedback from clients. Guido has also worked in the Corporate practice group, where he gained experience in M&A transactions. In 2019, he was seconded to ING for a period of four months. Guido joined the firm in 2016, after graduating from the University of Amsterdam in corporate and commercial law.
