Greg is a partner in the global Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure practice, based in our New York office. A 2020 Law360 Rising Star, Greg has established himself as an emerging leader in global project finance practice and throughout the renewables and project finance space, regularly helming some of its most significant renewables and sustainability projects, including those involving traditional project finance, tax equity, private equity, M&A and project development.

Greg has been active in the project finance, structured finance and securitization markets for over a decade. His practice includes a wide variety of traditional project finance and tax equity investments in solar, wind, real estate and power. It has also expanded to renewables-adjacent practices including debt and equity investments in ESG transactions. He represents a variety of financial institutions, private equity funds and infrastructure funds in energy and ESG acquisitions, joint ventures and financing transactions.
