Gilles specialises in employment law matters. He has extensive experience in a wide range of subjects, notably in drafting contractual documentation, seeking flexible compensation and working time arrangements and advising on separation issues (including settlement negotiations and litigation procedures). He also has particular expertise in employee representation questions, collective redundancy (social plan) procedures and transfer of undertakings (particularly in M&A and outsourcing transactions). Gilles is the co-chair of the AMCHAM HR Committee and a member of ELSA (the Employment Law Specialists Association of Luxembourg. He joined Allen & Overy in 2008.
