Gijs Kerstjens

Gijs specialises in restructurings, leveraged finance and general corporate lending. He has acted for both lenders and borrowers on multiple domestic and cross-border deals and restructurings. He advises on restructuring and insolvency matters and directors' liabilities. Gijs has gained previous experience in the financial litigation department, as part of which he has acted for corporates, banks and other financial institutions on banking, finance and securities litigation.
