Georgie is a member of the Los Angeles private equity team with experience advising on corporate transactions, including private M&A transactions and general corporate advisory work.
Georgie relocated from Sydney, Australia last year, where she had been working as a Corporate M&A Associate and gained experience working in the Banking & Finance team. Georgie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne.
