He has extensive experience in international corporate transactions, including private and public mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions. He regularly advises international corporates and private equity investors.
Prior to joining A&O Shearman Amsterdam, Gareth practised law as an admitted attorney in South Africa at a leading African law firm.
