Géza Orbán



Géza specialises in leveraged finance, syndicated loans, corporate lending and restructurings. He has acted for both lenders and borrowers on multiple domestic and cross-border deals and restructurings. Géza re-joined Allen & Overy in 2018 after graduating with the highest distinction from the University of Oxford and having previously worked in Allen & Overy’s finance and restructuring team. Géza regularly lectures and publishes on property law, company law, secured transactions law and insolvency law.
