Frederic is an English law qualified counsel with more than fourteen years of post-qualification experience at the firm.

He advises investors and other shareholders (both domestic and international and on both lender- and sponsor-side) on a wide range of finance transactions: unlikely-to-pay / non-performing-loan portfolio financings, leveraged and acquisition finance, (both private and public bid financings and in respect of targets in Italy or abroad), real estate finance and restructuring transactions. He also advises borrowers and lenders on investment grade loans and private placements. Most of the transactions he works on are cross-border and he has vast experience working with emerging markets.
