Frank Wang

Frank’s experience includes project finance transactions in connection with renewable energy, corporate finance, asset finance and real estate finance.

Frank helps clients to negotiate project finance loans and corporate finance loans. He also manages legal due diligence processes for clients who are seeking to develop or acquire power assets in Australia.

Frank is a Mandarin Chinese native speaker. Frank holds two law degrees, Juris Doctor in Australia Law from the University of Melbourne and Bachelor of Law in Chinese Law from the East China University of Political Science and Law.
