Florian advises on all aspects of EU competition law, across a wide range of sectors. He has advised a wide variety of clients on merger notifications to the European Commission, and has particular experience in dealing with complex Phase I / Phase II merger control cases.
He has also assisted several clients in relation to cartel investigations by the European Commission and the Belgian Competition Authority, and has frequently advised on follow-on private enforcement matters.
