Florence is a partner at Allen & Overy LLP's Paris office. She has significant experience in the areas of French and European competition law (mergers, antitrust and state aid issues). She regularly assists companies with their French, EU and multi-jurisdictional merger notifications, and also represents companies in competition law litigation before competition authorities and national courts (in cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, state aid and private enforcement matters).
Florence’s particular areas of sector expertise include energy, finance, digital sector and consumer goods and she advises various operators in these areas. Her French and international clients include BNP Paribas, Expedia, Google, Pandora, Procter & Gamble, Samsung, Société Générale, TNT and TripAdvisor.
Florence is recognised as a leading individual by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 as well as by Who's Who Legal.
She has recently authored several articles in publications such as Revue Concurrences, as well as the French chapters in publications such as The International Comparative Legal Guide to Merger Control and Getting the Deal Through.
