Ferhat's practice is focussed mainly on project development, project finance and aircraft financing. Ferhat’s core experience includes advising on projects development and project financing in power sectors representing a bidder, a sponsor and/or a finance parties in various notable power projects in Indonesia. Ferhat’s recent transactions including 1,800 MW Jawa 1 power and FSRU projects, Hijaunesia project and Cirata floating solar power plants. Ferhat has also advised PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. on its global aircraft restructuring and various aircraft delivery and novation deals.
