Felicia advises national and international clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law.

The focus of her practice includes the conclusion and termination of employment and service relationships as well as collective bargaining and industrial disputes law. She also advices on co-determination disputes and aspects of deploying external staff.

Felicia studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at Singapore Management University. She completed her legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) with stages in Munich and London. During her legal traineeship she additionally worked as a research assistant in the employment law practice of a renowned international law firm in Munich. She is close to finalising the process of receiving a doctorate in employment law.
