Federica Franco

Federica has extensive experience in project managing litigation and investigations. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Federica worked as lawyer in both Italy and London with a focus on commercial, banking and financial disputes. In her previous role, she had the day-to-day conduct of large regulatory and criminal investigations as well as civil cases stemming from them. Federica also spent considerable time on client secondment to the legal teams at Lloyds Banking Group and Giorgio Armani S.P.A., providing her with good understanding of the day-to-day in-house challenges and the benefits that legal project management can provide to clients.

Since joining the Project Management team, Federica has project managed litigation, investigations, arbitration, corporate and employment projects gaining exposure to a large breadth of work and ensuring that A&O teams deliver excellent services in a timely and cost efficient manner.
