Faria advises banks, corporations and other financial market participants on a full range of legal and documentation matters related to issuance of bonds, structured products, various derivative and securitisations, including related regulatory matters.

She has been involved in numerous cross-border and domestic transactions, covering a variety of asset classes, structures and jurisdictions.

Faria has a particular focus on sustainability and ESG related matters and has advised clients on implementing ESG-related products into their issuance offering, such as green, social and sustainability bonds, ESG-linked derivatives and loans, and sustainability reporting and disclosure.

Faria has extensive experience in advising trust and agency providers, account banks and custodians on large scale documentary review projects, including international bond issues, structured finance, securitisations and restructurings. She has a strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities of these service providers and the risks and challenges they face in complex and evolving capital markets.
