Fabio has significant experience advising banks, SGR as well as domestic and international companies in syndicated loans transactions, acquisition and real estate financings.

He assists lenders (including banks, financial institutions and alternative investment funds) and borrowers (including private equity funds and major companies and SGR). Fabio also provides assistance on public and private securitisation transactions carried out under law 130/99 and backed by different asset classes (such as CMBS, consumer loans, VAT and trade receivables).
