Ewa advises on a wide range of insolvency, restructuring, enforcement, and finance litigation matters, including in-and out-of-court restructurings of distressed businesses and court bankruptcy proceedings.

She has been involved in several market-first restructuring projects in Poland, and has practised insolvency and restructuring law for over eight years.

Ewa works on behalf of a diverse range of clients, including banks and other major secured creditors and bondholders, across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors such as financial services, chemicals, industrials and agricultural.

Involved in pro bono initiatives, in particular supporting the charity activities of the Joanna Radziwi? Foundation "Opieku?cze Skrzyd?a", "Szlachetna Paczka" campaign and the SOS Children's Villages charity.
