Ethan is an associate in the London Corporate team. He advises clients from multiple sectors on a range of corporate transactions, including private acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.

Ethan also has considerable experience in advising global corporates on large multi-jurisdictional group reorganisations, carve-out sales/acquisitions and demergers.

Ethan spent a number of months on secondment to the Corporate team in Allen & Overy's Paris office.
