A senior associate in our Brussels office, Esther has a strong expertise in corporate law. She provides legal guidance on various aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity and capital markets transactions.
She has also experience advising on restructuring transactions in various industries. Esther recently returned from a secondment in our London office, during which she gained valuable experience working for our corporate and private equity clients on some of the most challenging and innovative transactions in the market.
