Envision AESC Group Limited in relation to the financing of its proposed 9GWh battery factory in Douai in Northern France, supported by offtake arrangements with Renault.
The three underwriters (BNPP, CACIB and SG) on all aspects of the landmark c.EUR2bn limited-recourse financing by the underwriter and the European Investment Bank of the 497 MW Fécamp offshore wind farm, which is co-developed by EDF-R, Enbridge and wpd. (previous firm experience)
