Enrique has experience of a wide of acquisitions, banking & financing cross-border and local transactions, including energy and infrastructure projects’ finance transactions, private equity deals, refinancings, restructuring and bonds and equity issues in the capital markets.

For over six years, Enrique has advised lenders and sponsors in project finance, investments and M&A transactions in the energy sector. He has managed and participated in negotiations of highly technical power purchase agreements, O&Ms, EPC and other material documents. He has assisted several clients in public auction processes and advised clients in the development of renewable power plants in Mexico, including the participation in the complex wholesale power market.
