Emma Perrin

Emma is Construction Counsel in our Real Estate practice group. She is experienced in advising on a wide range of construction and engineering projects for private sector developer, investor and retail clients. She advises clients on a broad range of procurement matters, including procurement strategies, construction framework contracts, standard building and engineering contracts, including the NEC, JCT, MF1 and IChemE forms of contract, associated framework and project specific consultant documentation, funding, security and collateral agreements. She also advises on all construction aspects of financing and on the acquisition, sale and leasing of properties through various differing structures
Emma is also experienced in advising on contract management and issues arising in the early stages of potential disputes, including contractor insolvency and has been involved in a number of construction disputes.
